We are the result of the joint work and dedication of everyone involved in this story, across both locations: Liberdade and São Pedro. Together, we experience the best of coffee.
To constantly improve our coffees, we implement quality control processes combined with technology and innovation:
Grain traceability control through farm management system reports and blending to serve a wide range of buyers.
Training of harvest and post-harvest employees with certificates of recognition from the Alta Mogiana region.
Control of beverage appearance, color, and pattern directly from the coffee dryers. And formation of final batches with diagnostics and COB (Official Brazilian Classification) classifications.
Using these and other tools, we monitor the coffee at every stage of the operation, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, creating and implementing management improvements, and meeting the most diverse needs of our customers.
This way, we ensure that all our products follow internal continuous improvement goals and we are able to ensure the standardization of beverage quality.
